| Although we may breed dogs for the show ring,
we never sacrifice temperament or trainability. Both
Steve and I have competed in obedience trials
and I instructed all-breed obedience classes for 10
years. We have bred many dogs that have attained their
obedience titles and are the breeders of one the top
search and rescue dogs in Indiana. We believe that puppies
should be raised in a family environment and well
socialized, especially with children. |

| Our dogs are
loyal and naturally protective...as a German shepherd
should be....we do not breed dogs for
"police" work or any type of
"protection" work. Our experience has shown that
many German shepherds bred or trained for this type of
work should be handled by very experienced trainers
and are not suitable for families.
